Dialogue Lesson
The following is a list of key vocabulary that you will need to know to understand the lesson. Click on the word to hear the pronunciation.
Section 1
Select the Spanish word that describes the picture.
Section 2
Select the correct translation.
Listen to the dialogue and select which picture illustrates one of the problems that the customer had. Click on the correct picture.
Now read the dialogue.
Section 3
The following pictures illustrate problems that the man had. Use the words provided to write a sentence each problem. Add a form of the verb ser (es/son) or estar (está/están) and make the adjective agree in gender and quantity (singular/plural) with the noun. Don't forget to use correct capitalization, accents and punctuation, or the computer will mark it as incorrect.
la computadora/ser/lento → La computadora es lenta.
Dictations are great for practicing listening and spelling in Spanish. Click on "Listen" to hear the dictation of a sentence. The sentence will be read once quickly and then repeated slowly with pauses to write the words. Write the sentence in the textbox. Click on "Check" to check your answer.
